Term 3 - Frozen Kingdom

During the Spring Term, the children's project is Frozen Kingdom in which they learn about the Arctic and Antarctic. The children love reading all about Shackleton's journey to the Antarctic and discovering how they managed to survive the perilous expedition. They also learn all about thermal conductors, reversible and irreversible changes. We also find out about the similarities and differences between the two polar regions.
