St Nicolas CE School is a friendly, vibrant school set in spacious grounds.  Our pupils enjoy all aspects of school life and a wide range of additional experiences.  We have a committed and hardworking staff and a supportive community of parents/carers and governors.


We are looking to recruit a temporary part time teacher to support high quality interventions and/or teach Upper KS2 whilst the class teacher is delivering these sessions. We are also interested in hearing from anyone wishing to work on a supply basis. We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive team of skilled educational professionals in a community driven environment.


We are passionate about providing the very best education that we can for every child and have high expectations of the children and plan lessons that will ensure that pupils are inspired, enjoy their learning, experience challenge and success and achieve highly.


We are looking for a teacher with an excellent knowledge of the KS2 curriculum who is:

  • Committed to delivering inspirational learning
  • Creative in their approach to children’s learning
  • Familiar with the planning and delivery of the Year 5 and 6 curriculum
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated to enabling every child to fulfil their potential
  • Friendly and able to form strong relationships with the whole learning community

  • Able to share and support our nurturing, caring ethos and reach out to parents in a positive, warm manner
