Term 6 - Hola Mexico!

During the Summer Term, the children's project is 'Hola Mexico!' in which they learn about modern day Mexico as well as learning about the Maya.   The children learn about the ancient Mayan civilisation, focusing on what life was like during this period in history and also the impact it had on future generations.   We will also find out about the Mexican terrain, its climate and biomes. In D.T we learn about Mexican food, and design some of our own dishes with Mexican flavours!

During this term, the children also learn about the human lifecycle and what happens in each stage of development. Have a look at our knowledge mat below to find out more!
